This Terms of Service should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SG Bus Lah! (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SG Bus Lah! is a public transport companion app for Singapore that provides:

  • Real-time bus arrival information
  • MRT/LRT route planning
  • Nearby stops discovery
  • Trip tracking and navigation
  • Arrival alerts and notifications

3. Data Sources

The App uses data from:

  • LTA DataMall: Real-time bus arrival and route information
  • OneMap: Map and route planning services

All transport data is owned and provided by their respective providers. We do not create or modify transport data.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. The actual bus arrival times may differ from the information displayed.

4. Use of the App

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
  • Not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality

5. Location Permission Use

The App may request access to your device location in order to show nearby bus stops and plan routes. Location data is processed only on-device and is not stored on our servers. You can control location permissions through your device settings at any time.

6. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

  • Ads may be personalized based on your device information
  • You can opt-out of personalized ads via App Tracking Transparency
  • Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for it

7. In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional “Remove Ads” purchase. All purchases are:

  • Final and non-refundable (except as required by law)
  • Processed through Apple’s App Store
  • Subject to Apple’s terms and conditions

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Accuracy of bus arrival times
  • Availability of the service
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss arising from reliance on information provided by the App
  • Missed buses or transportation delays
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App (if any)

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

4. 应用使用

您同意：

  • 不尝试逆向工程、修改或分发本应用
  • 不以任何违反适用法律的方式使用本应用
  • 不干扰或破坏本应用的功能

5. 定位权限使用

本应用可能会请求访问您的设备定位，用于显示附近公交站点和路线规划。定位数据仅在设备本地处理，我们不会将其存储到服务器。您可以随时通过设备设置控制定位权限。

6. 广告

本应用展示由 Google AdMob 提供的广告。使用本应用即表示您确认：

  • 广告可能根据您的设备信息进行个性化
  • 您可以通过 App Tracking Transparency 选择退出个性化广告
  • 广告内容由第三方提供，我们对此不承担责任

7. 应用内购买

本应用提供可选的"移除广告"购买。所有购买：

  • 最终且不可退款（法律要求除外）
  • 通过 Apple App Store 处理
  • 受 Apple 条款和条件约束

8. 免责声明

本应用按"原样"提供，不提供任何形式的保证。我们否认所有保证，包括但不限于：

  • 公交到站时间的准确性
  • 服务的可用性
  • 特定用途的适用性
  • 不侵权

9. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对以下情况承担责任：

  • 任何间接、附带或后果性损害
  • 因依赖本应用提供的信息而造成的损失
  • 错过公交或交通延误
  • 超过您为本应用支付金额（如有）的任何损害

10. 条款变更

我们保留随时修改这些条款的权利。条款变更后继续使用本应用即表示接受新条款。

11. 可分割性

如果本条款的任何条款被认定为不可执行或无效，该条款将被限制或消除至最小必要程度，以使本条款的其余部分仍然有效和可执行。

12. 完整协议

本条款与我们的隐私政策共同构成您与我们之间关于使用本应用的完整协议，并取代所有先前的协议和理解。

13. 适用法律

本条款应受新加坡法律管辖并据其解释。
